Keeping track of your digital product assets can be…a nightmare! Between Canva and Dashboard and Google Drive and my computer’s (very full) hard drive it could take me forever to find the right graphic! And then untangling the overlapping sales funnels, heading back to my shop or Etsy or my email service for links…I could never find anything and spent so much time looking for assets. I needed a solution and thus, the Digital Product Library for Notion was born!
What is it?
The Digital Product Library for Notion is actually a simpler page than I thought it would be! At the top, I have included toggles for those links I’m always searching for and never remember to put in one spot. My most popular offers, my opt-in freebie, and my social media links are all here!
To the left of the gallery, I have toggle lists for to-dos and product updates. I often open a page and then forget what it is I need to do. I actually sync my main to-do list to all of my Notion pages to ensure this doesn’t happen! For product updates, I pop in here whenever I’m dealing with a creative block and need something simple to do!
Then there’s the gallery! I will go into what I’ve included in the gallery template in a moment but the gallery itself is simple. The product name and listing photo are displayed so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. I’ve also included board views to sort by Price Range, Product Type, Sales Platform, and Content Pillar.
Product Notes Template
The real meat of the Digital Product Library for Notion is in the Product Notes Template! I’ve added tags for the product type, price range, sales platform, content pillar, # sold, and total revenue. This will help with sorting and viewing your products in board view.
I won’t go into everything I’ve included because it’s pretty robust, but I will touch on a few of my favorite/most used sections! The keywords section is really helpful when updating my listings or creating new Pins for Pinterest! I think I use the Sales Funnel/Links section the most. This is where I list out each part of my sales funnel, any tripwires/order bumps/upsells and can link to each!
I also reference the Important Links/File Downloads section quite frequently when double-checking to make sure everything works or when troubleshooting a customer service issue!
The Product Notes Template can be edited to add or subtract what you need for your business!
I love using Notion to run my business! It’s incredibly helpful to stay organized, access important links on the go, and is so versatile! The Digital Product Library for Notion is just the latest way I’m streamlining my systems to be more efficient. I hope you can take what I’ve done and apply it to your own Notion Dashboard.
